According to the work plan of dalian Federation of Trade Unions' labor and skill competition with the theme of "One million workers compete to advance one trillion new achievements", Zhongshan District Federation of Trade Unions has actively carried out district-level competition activities. As one of the eleven competitions of the second "Craftsman Cup" in Zhongshan District, the garment patternmaker competition was successfully held in Zhongshan District Textile Competition on May 29th.

Wang Jincheng, minister of economy, Technology and Labor Protection Department of Dalian Federation of Trade Unions, Sun Shimei, vice chairman of Dalian Zhongshan District Federation of Trade Unions, Liu Xiangyang, president of Dalian Garment and Textile Association, encouraged the participants. Minister Wang Jincheng introduced that in order to ensure the implementation of the competition activities, Dalian city always according to the overall grasp of one year to see results, two years to make breakthroughs, three years to step up. It is expected that by the end of 2024, more than 100 million yuan will be invested in the competition to achieve the goal of more than 1 million employees participating in the competition and 3,000 kinds of jobs supporting 10,000 innovation achievements.
